Top quality, the inside feels huge but doesn't look that from the outside - the insulated compartment is a plus, literally never seen anything like this before (idk call me crazy). I don't know if I could ever use another tote again!
I LOVE this bag, it's literally changed my commute 10x better!! My back would literally hurt because I carried around this tote that I've had FOREVER and it had no shape. This bag feels so sturdy and I literally put my whole life into it lol.
